S1-3 Zone is located in Zaczernie and Rudna Mala within the communities of Trzebownisko and Glogow Malopolski, near the International Airport Rzeszow-Jasionka and existing Zone S1.

Zone S1-3 is the area of about 48 ha and is entirely incorporated into Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK Mielec.

There are 25 plots of 0,5 to 2,7 ha ready for future investments.

The whole terrain has been equipped with the following technical infrastructure: road, electrical grid, gas, sewage system and drainage, and water supply.
