The Council of Ministers passed on Ordinate dated 5 December 2005 on enlargement of Special Economic Zone “Euro-Park Mielec” by sites located in Zagórz, Jasło, Lubaczów, Ropczyce, Lublin and Trzebownisko Community. Before it had been passed a Permanent Comitee of the Council of Ministers had to issue an opinion concerning the Ordinance. The Ordinance began to be legally valid on 18 October 2007 which means that every company interested in investing in the SEZ can obtain a permit for it.
