Industrial zone in Jasło

 


Jasło administers area of 260 hectares located in north-east of the town. The zone is limited by the streets: Bieszczadzka, Przemysłowa, Fabryczna and on the south the  border is railway.

The area is partly equipped in water supply system (ø200) and sanitary sewage system (ø500). Part of that area is also equipped in gas, phone and power system.
In the local zoning plan this area is assigned for industry, stores and warehouses, commercial services and road development.

The European Union has granted funds from the Operational Programme East Poland Development 2007-2013 for “Complex preparation of industrial zone in Jasło for the purpose of productive investments and modern services zone”. The project assumes that the area of 160 hectares will be provided in technical infrastructure. New roads, street lightning and storm water drainage will be built and old roads will be redeveloped.

 



 

Investing zone situated next to the airport in Krosno

 The area of 33 ha is situated in the neighbourhood of the local airfield and industrial companies, most of which are prospering in the fields of aviation trade (Goodrich Krosno, Wietpol, WSK „PZL - Krosno” S.A., Centralna Szkoła Lotniczo-Techniczna Aeroklubu Polskiego, FK ProTech).

The investment area is intended for industrial production (including aviation production) and logistics.

Project of supplying complete infrastructure to the site, called “Increasing investment attractiveness of Krosno through the comprehensive adaptation of land” is included in the Indicative list of major projects for the Operational Programme Development of Eastern Poland 2007-2013. It means that The European Union reserved financial support for this enterprise.

The concept of the project assumes building electricity supply, gas supply, water supply, sewage system, rain water discharge system, telecommunications infrastructure, access road and parking lot for heavy vehicles.
The project will be ready in 2013.




 

Industrial Park in Mielec

1. HISTORY


On 17th of March 2005 Council of Mielec City enacted Regulation XXIII/197 I 198/05 about creating Mielec Industrial Park. One of the reasons was bringing in cultivation property remained after restructured “WSK – PZL” Mielec Company according to Development Strategy for Mielec City Commune in years 2000-2006. In peculiar activities realize strategic aims like “ Human Resources ”, “ Enlargement of infrastructure, Protection of Natural Environment “. Two areas are prepared for the Project. Zone “A” – placed near airport and zone ” B” Wojsław – placed near main road Mielec – Dębica.
According to the agreement with Mielec City Commune, which is the Partner in Project, management of Mielec Industrial Park is entrusted to Regional Development Agency MARR S.A

Preparation of terrains for leading economic activity by modernization and developing existing technical structure  as well as building the new one, which is necessary for correct functioning of the Park, is a main target for presented venture. Moreover Project includes offer for potential investors considering availability of productive and service surfaces useful for leadership of economic activity.

 

2. OFFERS FOR INVESTORS


Mielec Industrial Park offers for investors a possibility to sale or hereditary tenure of land under built-up. There are also other forms of use plots or buildings: leasehold, sale and tenancy new built productive hall.
Parcels in neighbourhood of airport zone A are designed for investors leading economic/ business activity connected with air – industry. Parcels placed in Wojsław in zone B will concentrate varied industry based on modern methods and technologies.

Industrial Park in Lezajsk Community

 

With the view of creating a modern, investors friendly and innovative institution the Leżajsk Commune together with the “Stare Miasto- Park” Company have established the Industrial Park of the Leżajsk Commune (Park Przemysłowy Gminy Leżajsk). The aim of this joint undertaking is to support the entrepreneurship development by creating attractive conditions for operating business activity for small, medium sized and large firms.

The Park is in possession of 35 hectares of lands with full technical infrastructure located in two places in the outskirts of Leżajsk: Wierzawice and Stare Miasto. Apart from investment lands, the Park offers 3 newly built production and storage halls with the total surface area of 7000 m². Access roads leading to both halls and sectors are connected with national road no 77 and regional road no 877.


The Industrial Park offers:

  • Lease and sale of industrialized lands (green-field),
  • Rent and sale of the production halls (brown field),

The fact of being part of a Special Economic Zone entails financial advantages. The incorporation of some of the Park’s terrains to SEZ has enlarged the extend of assistance offered to entrepreneurs. A prospective partner may take advantage of a public assistance in form of income tax exemption. Additionally, the Leżajsk Commune has passed the extend of de minimis assistance for entrepreneurs taking up new investments in the Industrial Park area. It is based on tax privileges concerning real estate located in the Park.

Przemysl Science and Technology Park

 

An area of 200 ha was intended for industrial investment. The whole area is included in the local plans of spatial development Bakończyce III/04 and Słowackiego I/05.

 

In the area of 12 ha of a Sub-zone of the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone was established. There are some plans to extend this area to 60 ha.

 

According to the record in the document “Strategy of the Przemyśl Town Success” and valid local plans of spatial development some efforts are made to create the Przemyśl Park of Science and Technology in our town.



The area mentioned above has convenient road and railway accessibility:


- 13 km from the Ukrainian border, 90 km from the airport in Rzeszow, 20 km from the motorway A4 (2012), bypass road (2008-2012)


- access to railway siding to the cross border in Medyka and Malhowice (2008) with the option for a wide-gauge track


- access to the national road No 28 and voivodeship road No 885


- valid local plans of spatial development “Bakończycka III”, “Słowackiego I/5” and “Cegielnia”

 

These offered areas are provided with technical infrastructure. Within these and adjoining areas there are a number of supply points including electricity, water, gas and sewage discharge. Investment plots are free from pollution and ready for immediate development. As documented in the municipal plans special attention has been given for a general solution in the technical infrastructure. Public investments connected with the modernization and reconstruction of roads will be financed by municipal and EU funds.

Industrial and Technology Park in Tarnobrzeg

The Tarnobrzeg Industry and Technology Park is one of initiatives that aim at creating an area that would facilitate development of companies in Tarnobrzeg. The area focuses especially on companies that implement new technologies and will cooperate with companies from the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone “EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN”.

 

Due to diversity of localization conditions the park was divided into 3 zones:


1) Zone TPPT 1 – includes sites of Sulphur Mine and Processing Plant “Siarkopol” located of Zakładowa 50 in Tarnobrzeg.

2) Zone TPPT 2 – site located in Tarnobrzeg near to Aleja Warszawska and Batalionów Chłopskich Streets.

3) Zone TPPT 3 – site located in the city of Tarnobrzeg near to J. Bema St.

 

During first stage realization of the project a technology variant was adopted, in which it was specified that innovation and technology transfer a priority is.  The area of the Zone TPPT2 which equals about 30 ha was included in the first stage of developing the park.

 

During the first stage of development of the Park the following elements in the zone TPPT 2 will be constructed.


- Industrial-Technology Incubator (IPT 1), area 1500 sq. m.
- Industrial and technology production hall (HPT 2), area 6640 sq. m.
- Technical infrastructure
- Access roads, car parking (3500 sq. m.) and maneuver area (3600 sq. m.). 

 

Other sites of the Zone TPPT 2 will be prepared for investments as a “greenfield”. Development of the Zone will be completed in later stage of the park development.

 

The project of the Tarnobrzeski Industry and Technology Park was included in the list of individual projects of Operational Programme of Eastern Poland Development 2007 – 2013 in the framework of Measure 1.3. Innovation Support.
