The investment is also proposed as a public-private partnership. The material scope includes the construction of swimming pools’ and commercial complex, sauna area as well as the catering facilities. As the supporting infrastructure, there is also the idea of a hotel construction taken into consideration. The site is located in the area of Przemysl Sports and Leisure Park, adjacent to the ski slope, Casimir Castle,  the City Park as well as the Przemyśl Fortress. It is located in a short distance from the Old Town (1 km), the castle in Krasiczyn (10 km), border crossings points with Ukraine (12 km) and the A4 motorway junction in Radymno (20 km). The neighboring ski slope in the winter season records almost half a million races. At the top of the slope there is both a permanent luge track (50 thousand races) as well as "Zniesienie" fort located, with walking paths, an amphitheater and viewpoints as well,  that are visited by the locals and tourists frequently. Next to the upper lift station there is a catering and commercial facility located  (open core and shell).  Construction of a hotel by a private investor is also planned there.
