2. 4.0 m high shop floor facility of 1800 m² area  within production hall
3. Hardened storage yard with 3 cranes with the lifting capacity of 8 tons each
4. The administration building of 1000 m² area
5. The concrete plant with automatic dosage system; distribution of components of 20 m³/h, the aggregate’s magazine
6. Water intake: two drilled wells with a capacity of 17.0 m3/h altogether with the  pump room and two underground tanks with a capacity of  300m³ each
7. Weighbridge with a capacity of 50.0 tons
8. Transformer station 15/0, 4 kV
9. One - storey sale and service building  with the sale area of 110 m²  and warehouse area of 150 m² .
10. 5 m high production hall of 1000 m² area altogether with the office space of 300 m² area - currently leased property
11. The administration building of the 260 m² area with full sanitary facilities - currently leased
12. Storage building of the 520 m² area. - currently leased
